Maine, Connecticut, & Pennsylvania

We drove from Maryland up to Rhode Island to visit with Jeff's brother and his wife, Todd and Crystal. On the way we stopped in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and got some Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. I like how Annabelle posed for the picture on the left. We tried two different famous places that have a rival going and we had to decide which was better. Geno's on the left won our vote.

We saw Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell.

Our next stop was New Haven, Connecticut. We wanted to check out Yale's campus and medical center since Jeff is applying there for residency. We loved what we saw.

We finally reached Rhode Island and then took a trip to Portland, Maine.

We took a cruise around Casco Bay and saw the Portland Headlight lighthouse. Elsie fell asleep...

And then she woke up. So sweet.

The big boys and little girls liked throwing and skipping rocks.

Our next stop was Disneyland in California!...
